After breakfast they settled in poolside, working on their tans, catching up on the news planning the day’s activities. No better way to do it, gazing out over El Arco.
11:00 AM
He hit the fitness center, pumping some iron. She opted for a stretch, massage and sauna. just the right mid-morning activity.
12:30 PM
The breeze was cool when they sat down at Cilantro’s ocean terrace and where served salsa, guacamole and chips to start, then grilled swordfish and vegetables.
Dos cervezas? Gracias. Dos mas? Si!
1:30 PM
After lunch their mood tirned to romance. And why not? They where in Cabo, on the bay, only a short jet ski ride away from Lovers beach. he signed the chek, they walked 50 feet and rented jet skis.
3:30 PM
When back at the hotel, they decided to get in a a quick 9 holes. With courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Nicklaus, Weiskopf, there’s no better golf anywhere.
6:00 PM
Siesta time. the golf took it out of them. Dinner wasn’t until 8:30, so plenty of time to relax to the sounds of laughter and music coming from the far reaches of El Medano Beach.
8:30 PM
They got their favorite table at Las Palomas. After a cocktail of choice, they each ordered one of the specials. He, the medallions of beef, she the salmon that could stand up to a bottle of Petite Syrah, which they shared. Along with one slice of cheesecake. Yum.
11:30 PM
A simple walk on El Medano Beach in the front of the hotel satisfied their need for an after dinner activity one again. it wasn’t that they didn’t enjoy the nightlife of Cabo, it was just that the lingering moon over El Arco seemed to fit their mood. That and their surroundings at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco.
